Mary J. Hansen, age 70, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed away August 2, 2022.

She was born to the late Ike and Shirley (Ward) Hansen on December 13, 1951, in Manley, Iowa. Mary graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School with the class of 1970. She retired from Black Hills Energy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dan Hansen and sister, Debbie Hansen.

Mary is survived by her children, Chris Hansen (Erin), Cory Hansen (Mia), and Jenny Andreoli (Liz); grandchildren, Jordan, Megan, Josh, Allie, Emily, Ben, Brayden, Paisley, Josie, Miley, Raelyn, Kinsley, and Lena; sister, Carol Roeck (Tom); sister-in-law, Sue Hansen; beloved dog, Chloe; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial visitation is at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home on Sunday August 7, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The family will direct memorials.
