Steven J. Hamsa, 19, of 1715 S. 12th St., died early Friday in a two car collision at Twenty-fifth Street and Second Avenue.

Police said the cars were driven by Hamsa and Dennis P. Brown, 25, of 2807 Fifth Ave.

A passenger in the Brown auto, Rob L. Aldrich, 27,  of 2130 Fourth Avenue, was reported in fair condition Friday at Mercy with multiple lacerations and a possible head injury.

Brown has been charged with driving the wrong way on a one-way street and driving under suspension, Traffic Capt. Leon Nelson said.
