I live in Alexandria & work in DC. I've been at my present job with GlobeCast (a unit of France Telecom) since 1986.
We provide services for networks, governments and large stations. The government services are usually for visits by Heads of State.

C-SPAN, Fox News, ESPN, NBC, ABC, CBS & CNN are some of our customers. We provide video transmission services worldwide, mostly by use of satellites. We provided all services for the World Cup football championships in 1998.

Support for submarine support ships USS L.Y. Spear, USS Simon Lake and tour as Senior Enlisted Advisor (Command Chief) for reserve component of the US Navy's Military Sealift Command, Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC. In 1997 retired as Chief Sonar Technician.
