Jon D. Shea

Jon D. Shea, 51, of Lyons, Colo., died Oct. 8 at his home.

He was born Nov. 12, 1952, in Council Bluffs to Donald and Madeline (McClelland) Shea. He graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School class of 1970 and University of Colorado in 1975. He was a salesman. He was of the Catholic faith.

Mr. Shea was preceded in death by his mother, Madeline Shea, and brother, Paul Shea.

Survivors include his father, Donald Shea and wife, Patricia, of Council Bluffs; stepsister, Jeanine Cirillo of Superior, Colo.; stepbrothers, Tom Shea and wife, Violet, of Council Bluffs, Dennis Shea and wife, Angie, of Council Bluffs, Mike Shea and wife, Gaylene, of Harlan; aunts; uncles and cousins.

Memorial service will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles O'Rourke officiating. Burial of cremains will be held in St. Joseph Cemetery with a luncheon following at the American Legion Club.
