I moved to Washington State in 1980 and met Les when I came home to be in Sky's wedding! After hundreds of phone calls and a few trips out to see me, we became engaged and got married in 1983. Since then we've made our home in Council Bluffs. Now that he's retired, Les enjoys riding his bicycle - out most mornings on the trail early for a 30 mile ride, working in the yard and sports. We've been able to go to Atlanta a few times to see his favorite team, the Braves play. We enjoy spending time with our boys and our annual vacation to Okoboji. I still work full time at the Nebraska Medical Center, but with my schedule, I have lots of time to enjoy working in our gardens. I look forward to the reunions every 5 years and seeing everyone.
