Phillip
"Mike" Neighbors, 28, of Gentry, Ark., formerly of Council Bluffs was
fatally injured in a car-truck accident Wednesday, April 1, 1981 near
West Siloam Springs, Ark.
Neighbors' car was in collision with
an 18-wheel semi truck. Meyer Funeral Home personnel said no other
occupants were in Neighbors car.
He was born in Omaha and had resided most of his life in Council Bluffs.
Neighbors was employed the past year for Tuff-Co Flooring Co. at Gentry.
Survivors
include a daughter, Miss Heidi Lynn Neighbors of Council Bluffs;
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jerald H. Neighbors of Council Bluffs; a brother,
Kevin of Council Bluffs; two sisters, Mrs. Keith (Patty) Maquire of
Treynor and Mrs. David (JoAnn) Heiman of Council Bluffs; grandparents,
Mr. and Mrs. Glen Redding of Council Bluffs.
Meyer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
