Singing, reading, movie addict, sports enthusiast, Lions Club, Southwest Iowa Writers Association, attend First Christian Church, working at Mom’s house daycare, spending time with friends; traveling extensively throughout the United States. My favorite memories include performing Al Jolsen’s “Swanee” my junior year in the roadshow, Mr. Steine wanted me in blackface but I quickly nixed that suggestion! What has changed the most? I am much easier-going and content with my life. I have an almost child-like awe at the beauty I see around me. I feel an inner peace and joy and love all the time I spend working with children. Hope I feel this way in another twenty!
