Michael A. Siefken passed away September 18, 2023, at Risen Son with family at his side. Born May 6, 1950, in Imperial, NE. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Teresa Siefken; infant brother, John; and sister, Angela. Mike graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1970 and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Upon coming home, Mike went to Iowa Western for Tool and Die.
He worked in this profession for many years. Mike is survived by sisters, Margaret Morrison, Deborah Jones, both of Council Bluffs, Carol Pierson, of Crescent, IA, June Hazen, of Virden, IL; brother, Bobby Siefken, of Crescent, IA; nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family, Thursday, 5 to 7 p.m., at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. Graveside service and burial, Saturday, 11 a.m. (MST), in Mount Hope Cemetery, in Imperial. The family will direct memorial contributions.
