Jerry graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School and worked for many years at Ballenger Automotive.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Hoag; stepfather, Chet Janecek.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Deb Hoag; stepson, Anthony Mock; son, Robby Hoag; daughter, Chloe Hoag; mother, Mary Lou Janecek; siblings, Jim and Denise Hoag, Rob and Georgy Hoag, Rick and Deb Janecek, Betsy Wolf, Lisa and Victor Burns, Ronald Janecek and Kenneth Janecek; a host of other family and friends.

A Vigil Service is Friday (this evening) beginning at 6 p.m., followed by visitation until 8 p.m., at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is Saturday, 11 a.m., at the funeral home. Interment is in the Garner Township Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
