I graduated from ISU and taught school for one year. Then worked for John Hancock Insurance; one year as an agent and three years as a manager. Joined Conoco Oil and worked in R&D for 22 years, then with Corporate merger moved to Production Accounting. Retired last April after 34 years. Taken up scuba diving and piano lessons. Involved in the arts (musical) in local organizations and the Methodist Church.
