Moved to Colorado - 1974. Married Alan in 1976. Taught music in Cherry Creek for 28 years. Actually, 5 of those years I taught 2nd grade but incorporated a lot of music into the classroom! In 2006 I had the honor of being chosen the Teacher of the Year from my school. Hobby - I sing in a Sweet Adeline chorus of 150+ women - we compete Regionally and Internationally. I'm also in a Barbershop quartet and we came in 7th place this year in our region. Travel - My husband, Alan, and I love to travel and are able to do more now that we're retired!!! Having three grand babies keep us going back and forth to Iowa and Texas. Golf - I started taking lessons about 3 years ago and I love it! We recently joined a club so if I'm not busy singing you can usually find me on the golf course.
