William ‘Bill’ Reasoner, 69, of Omaha, NE died peacefully at home on Friday, November 26, 2021. He was born February 29, 1952 to William and Arliss Reasoner and grew up in Council Bluffs, Iowa with his parents and two sisters Barb and Sharon. Bill married his wife Bonnie on Valentine’s Day 1975. They went on to have three children, Amber, Heather (Michelle), and Adam (Stacey). He was a good father and his kids always had everything they needed. Every activity, sport, and endeavor they wanted to pursue he made sure they were able to… even well into their adulthood. If there was anything Bill loved more than his children, it was his grandchildren, Landon, Addie, and Charlie. He was a hardworking man, a Registered Nurse for almost 30 years, who often worked two jobs in order to care for and spoil the ones he loved. His grandchildren rarely came home from a visit without a new outfit or a new toy. He was very proud of his children and grandchildren and they adored him in return. Bill was an exceptional nurse and truly a pioneer for a man entering his profession. He was intelligent, quick thinking, and empathetic. Bill’s family loved him very much and we will miss his guidance, his humor, and his love.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 6, at 1:30 pm at Westlawn Hillcrest Funeral Home, with graveside service to follow at 2:30 pm at Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park.
